If you are exporting or re-exporting perishables, then your products need to be transported as quickly as possible and in optimal conditions. The time your products spend in sub-optimal conditions must be kept to a minimum.
For that reason, your export shipment will be stored in our perishable centre until delivery to the airline's handling agent is required. Your shipment will dispatched from our storage facility at the last possible moment (Just In Time) and delivered to the handling agent. Naturally, truck transport between our perishable centre and handling agents will be done using temperature-controlled trucks.
If you do not have a known shipper status and the export shipment has to go through a security scan, we can arrange so.
We can build extremely large export shipments on airfreight pallets in our perishable centre. This makes a big difference in handling agent processing time, so the shipment can be delivered to the handling agent later.
