After the goods have been cleared in the Netherlands, you are free to sell these in the Netherlands or use them in your production process. You can, of course, sell your goods to a company or person in another EU country as well. This is called intra-Communal delivery. You do not have to declare intra-Communal deliveries to Customs, as the goods have been cleared in the Netherlands and are free to be transported throughout the EU. You will have to deal with fiscal regulations.
